Terms and Conditions
Casoria Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to all quotations, deliveries made by Casoria and collections from third parties under any Casoria sale agreement, to its customers. Any exceptions shall apply only to those clauses which been expressly agreed to in writing by both parties. Where an external party’s (a customer) purchasing conditions conflict with the Casoria conditions, Casoria Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply.
